Pricing Schedule

First publication at a dated address. States the Usage Rates in force on September 30, 2026 (rate card tier-2026-07-r3), including the Predictive Signals meter, and the optional add-on charges.

This schedule states the Usage Rates and optional add-on charges in effect from the date shown. Delivr publishes each version of this schedule at a dated address, and superseded versions remain available at their dated addresses, so the rates in force at any given time are ascertainable.

Usage Rates

Usage Rates are graduated and stated as CPM (USD per 1,000 units), billed pro-rated per unit. Each meter's monthly metered units fill the volume bands in order, and units within each band are charged at that band's rate. Crossing a band boundary changes the rate only for units above the boundary and is never applied retroactively. Band counters reset at the start of each calendar month (00:00 UTC on the first day); no band position, rate, or discount carries over between months. Bands are computed independently for each meter.

Intent Signals: Unit: one HEM scored against 52K+ topics. Units 1 to 1,000: $50.00 per 1,000 units. Units 1,001 to 5,000: $25.00 per 1,000 units. Units above 5,000: $12.50 per 1,000 units.
Resolution — Full Profile: Unit: one full person profile returned. Units 1 to 10,000: $25.00 per 1,000 units. Units 10,001 to 50,000: $10.00 per 1,000 units. Units above 50,000: $6.00 per 1,000 units.
Contact Records: Unit: one contact record returned. Units 1 to 10,000: $10.00 per 1,000 units. Units 10,001 to 50,000: $5.00 per 1,000 units. Units above 50,000: $2.50 per 1,000 units.
Resolution — HEM + PTE: Unit: one HEM + plain-text email returned. Units 1 to 10,000: $12.00 per 1,000 units. Units 10,001 to 50,000: $6.00 per 1,000 units. Units above 50,000: $3.00 per 1,000 units.
Resolution — HEM only: Unit: one hashed-email resolution returned. Units 1 to 10,000: $6.00 per 1,000 units. Units 10,001 to 100,000: $3.00 per 1,000 units. Units above 100,000: $0.50 per 1,000 units.
Match Keys: Unit: one identifier delivered for activation, no attributes. Units 1 to 10,000: $3.00 per 1,000 units. Units 10,001 to 100,000: $1.50 per 1,000 units. Units above 100,000: $0.25 per 1,000 units.
Predictive Signals: Unit: one predictive record delivered (a trend, a sweep row, a predicted person). Units 1 to 1,000: $100.00 per 1,000 units. Units 1,001 to 5,000: $50.00 per 1,000 units. Units above 5,000: $25.00 per 1,000 units.
Events / Journey: Unit: one captured event (view, click, form…). Units 1 to 1,000,000: $0.05 per 1,000 units. Units 1,000,001 to 10,000,000: $0.02 per 1,000 units. Units above 10,000,000: $0.01 per 1,000 units.

Optional add-ons

Flat monthly charges in addition to metered usage, applying only if Customer activates them.

Custom Domain: $500 per month.
White Label: $1,000 per month. Includes Custom Domain; the two are not billed together.
