Showing records inside your own product? A record can go into new output in your product for 90 days after Delivr last returned it; after that, re-query it first, billed per record returned like any query. You also report usage quarterly, and can't deliver the data to your customers in bulk, by file, or through an interface that allows systematic extraction. Delivering them to your customers by file or export instead? Pick "Delivered to our clients" at signup. Before delivering, you sign a written agreement with each client that passes on Delivr's data terms, including no further resale and honoring suppression and deletion requests within 10 business days. You also forward Delivr's suppression notices to those clients within 10 business days, report volumes, client counts and suppression processing quarterly, and can't supply competing data providers. There is no extra redistribution fee. This estimate counts each record once.

- How does graduated API pricing work?
- Each meter’s monthly usage fills its volume bands in order, and the units in each band bill at that band’s rate. Cross a band boundary and the units above it bill at the lower rate, automatically, on the same contract, while the units below it keep their band’s rate. Band counts reset each month. You never pick a plan and never re-negotiate to get the better rate.
- Is there a monthly minimum on the API?
- No. There is no monthly floor and no platform fee. The dev key is free, and billing starts only when you resolve in production. Your bill is purely usage, priced band by band.
- How do agencies pay for media, and is there a revenue share?
- Agencies use the full Delivr.ai platform with no platform fees, no seat licenses, and no minimums. Media you activate through Delivr DSP for your clients bills at the published DSP rates: a Media Management Fee of 30% of the advertiser media buy price, pre-funded before each campaign starts. Agencies can earn a share of media revenue under a signed agency agreement; without one, no share applies.
- What counts as one resolution?
- Resolution meters bill per pixel event returned on the route you request: HEM only, HEM + email, or Full Profile. Lookups by email, hashed email, or LinkedIn URL bill per contact record returned. Misses are free: unresolved events and lookups with no match are never billed.
- What integrations are included?
- Native exports go to S3, email, Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Delivr DSP, and syndicated segments run in The Trade Desk marketplace. For any other platform, export match keys (HEM, UID2, MAID) for custom-audience upload. Platform/API customers get a REST API with intent batch (up to 10,000 per call) and identity batch (up to 1,000 per call), and other tools connect through the API, Clay, or webhook tools like Zapier, Make, and n8n.
- Can I run Delivr.ai on my own domain, without Delivr branding?
- Yes, as optional add-ons on top of usage. Custom Domain ($500/month) serves your pixel and hosted interface from a domain you control, configured through DNS. White Label ($1,000/month) includes Custom Domain and additionally removes Delivr.ai attribution from customer-facing surfaces. Both activate from the dashboard and can be turned off monthly.
- What is Match Key Export?
- A lower-cost way to activate Delivr audiences on platforms we do not have a connector for, like Meta or TikTok. Instead of full linked records, you export a single identifier per row (a hashed email, UID2, or mobile ad ID) sized for custom-audience uploads, metered per key per delivery at the Match Keys rate. Exported keys may be delivered to advertising platforms to build audiences for your own campaigns.
- What is Partner Data and how is it priced?
- Partner Data is optional third-party datasets you can add to your audiences and exports, such as healthcare provider or consumer demographic attributes. Each dataset has its own rate in USD per 1,000 records, charged on top of your usage rates and shown in the product before you use it. An organization Owner or Admin accepts the price and enables a dataset for a project in the dashboard, and nothing is charged until then. Charges appear on your regular Delivr.ai invoice.
- Is there a minimum contract length?
- Agency partners operate month-to-month with no minimum commitment. Enterprise contracts are typically annual. The API contract is a single usage agreement. You can build on the dev key with no commitment, and production usage bills monthly in arrears.
