How Long Does Identity Resolution Take to Implement?
A day to be live and a week to be in market and seeing results, with the right resources on your side. The audience stage takes longer and I have not timed it. What you do each day, and what it costs to start.

A day to be live. A week to be in market and seeing results, if the right people are on your side. The audience stage takes longer, and I have not timed it.
Day one
Delivr is usage-based, so there is nothing to procure first. You:
- Provision a pixel, integrated with your other tools.
- Put it on your website.
- Choose where the data goes: your CRM, your CDP, your marketing automation, wherever you market.
That is the whole list. You see the result in the interface, and it is the first read of your resolution rate on your own traffic.
Week one
In market and seeing results within a week is the realistic timeline, with the right resources on your side. In practice that means whoever owns your website tags, whoever owns the destination system, and whoever operates the result. In a small team those can be one person.
The pixel goes live in a day, so whatever slows you down after that sits on your side of the table. If you are not sure you have the people, the fit checklist will tell you.
The stage that takes longer
Building the audience is a separate stage from placing the pixel. We analyze your website and everything online about your company. A persona workshop, drawing on 20+ years of consulting, connects buyers to solutions to personas. A competitive analysis and a messaging analysis follow. A conflict engine runs the personas against each other to find the unifying message. Then we build the personas and the audiences.
An AI engine builds the ideal customer profile from that analysis. In customer work it has found more relevant contacts than the customer's own configuration of Delivr did. I have not timed this stage, so I will not give you a number for it. It runs separately from the pixel. The unifying message it produces is covered in the Unifying Message guide.
What it costs to start
There is no monthly floor and no platform fee. The dev key is free, and billing starts only when you resolve in production. Resolution meters bill per pixel event returned on the route you request: HEM only, HEM + email, or Full Profile. Misses are free: unresolved events and lookups with no match are never billed. The rates are on the pricing page.
What to read next
For what the pixel is doing underneath, read what identity resolution is. Once people resolve, person-level intent adds what they are researching and when. To check a vendor against your own traffic before you commit, use the RFI guide.
