Can You Really Identify Customers Across Multiple Platforms?
Yes, if something joins the platforms. A hashed email is the join, and one audience built on it feeds your DSP, CRM and marketing automation. DelivrDSP reaches social at a higher rate than anyone else. What it looked like at Concussion Media, and what it asks of you.

Yes, if something joins the platforms. Each platform knows its users by its own ID and knows nothing about the others. A hashed email is the join. Build the audience once on that anchor and reach every platform with it.
Why a platform cannot do it alone
Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, your CRM and your email tool each hold their own record of a person, under their own ID. Upload a list to a social platform and it reports a percentage matched. It does not say which contacts matched, and it says nothing about the others.
That is why a customer can appear to be several different people. Nothing in any one system is wrong. Nothing connects them.
The join
We anchor on the hashed email. A browser cookie resolves to a hashed email. A mobile advertising ID resolves to a hashed email. The hashed email resolves to a named profile. Each of those joins is deterministic: it either exists or it does not.
Build the audience once, against the profile, and use it wherever you advertise. A hashed email can also generate a UID2 token through The Trade Desk framework. The Identity Bridge covers that identifier.
How one audience reaches every tactic
The audience goes to the demand-side platform (DSP) and to the CRM. The CRM feeds marketing automation, and marketing automation triggers every campaign. That gives you one audience and one message for every relevant persona, on every tactic.
On Meta, LinkedIn and Reddit, DelivrDSP reaches your audience at a higher rate than anyone else. What I have seen with customers who run it: higher match rate and higher conversion.
What it looked like at Concussion Media
Concussion Media does lead and demand generation. Delivr set the identity on the person at ad serve. It resolved up to 75% of the visitors who bounced, deterministically, and tied them to the qualification questions on the page. Follow-up retargeting emails closed the loop and asked permission to pass the conversion on to the end customer. The result was about 1,000 more leads a month.
The cost side of the case is in what happens without identity resolution. These are results for one customer. I would not promise another company the same rates.
What it asks of you
- An audience you designed, not one you exported. It starts from your ideal customer profile, B2B, B2C or both.
- A stack with somewhere for the audience to go: a DSP, a CRM, marketing automation.
- Someone who operates it.
If you are missing the last two, read the fit checklist first.
Ask for names, not percentages
When a platform quotes a match rate, ask which contacts matched. If the answer is a percentage and nothing else, you have learned how much of the file matched and nothing about who. For enterprises that run a CDP, an ad can make the link and return every matched contact by name. Intent is the second half: person-level intent shows what each named person is researching and when. The definitions are in what identity resolution is.
